In short: on iOS and Android you can use Minimatod without an account, and your data never leaves your device. Create an account (the web app requires one) and we store your email address and the content you choose to sync — nothing more. No ads, no tracking SDKs, and your data is never sold.

Who we are

Minimatod is a notes and tasks app for iOS, Android and the web, built and operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye. This policy explains what data Minimatod handles, why, for how long, and what control you have. There are no tracking SDKs, no analytics services and no advertising anywhere in the app or on this website.

Without an account

On iOS and Android, Minimatod works fully without an account. In that mode, everything you create is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us, we cannot see it, and deleting the app removes it. If this is all you need, the rest of this policy barely applies to you. (The web app is the one exception: it requires signing in, so it always works with an account.)

What we store when you create an account

  • Your email address — the only identity data we collect. Used to create your account, sign you in, verify the address and reset your password. Kept for as long as your account exists.
  • Your synced content — the notes, tasks and folders you sync; with Premium, also media attachments (photos, voice memos, sketches). Stored for exactly one purpose: keeping your devices in sync. Kept for as long as your account exists — deleting your account removes it all.
  • Subscription status — whether Premium is active on your account, relayed from Apple or Google by RevenueCat. We never receive your payment details — Apple and Google process payments entirely.
  • Technical logs — standard server logs (timestamps, IP address, request outcome) used for security and debugging. They rotate automatically and are kept no longer than 90 days. We don’t use them to profile anyone.

That is the complete list. No contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, no behavioral analytics.

The honest part: sync is not end-to-end encrypted

Synced content is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by access controls on our server, but the server itself can technically read what it stores. We don’t read your content — except in the rare case where it is strictly necessary to operate the service (say, debugging a sync failure together with you) or where the law validly compels us. If you’d rather no server ever hold your notes, use the iOS or Android app without an account: local mode is a first-class way to use Minimatod, not a demo.

Where your data lives, and backups

Synced content lives on our server. Media attachments and server backups are stored with Cloudflare R2, a cloud storage provider; backups are encrypted and deleted automatically on rotation (kept for roughly two weeks). Backups exist so a server failure can’t destroy your data — one honest consequence is that deleted data can linger in an encrypted backup for up to that rotation period before it is gone everywhere.

Third parties

Exactly three, each with the minimum needed:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play — process all payments under their own terms; we never see payment data.
  • RevenueCat — tells us whether your subscription is active. It receives an account identifier and store receipt data, never your content.
  • Cloudflare R2 — stores media files and encrypted backups.

We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or pass it to anyone else — unless a legally valid request compels us.

Your rights

In the spirit of KVKK (Türkiye’s data protection law) and the GDPR, and available directly in the app:

  • Access — your synced data is visible in the app itself, on every device you sign in to.
  • Deletion — delete any item whenever you like and the deletion syncs to your other devices, or delete your entire account in one step in the app’s settings. Account deletion permanently removes everything we store for you, including media, and cannot be undone. (Backup copies expire on the rotation above.)
  • Correction — edit your content anytime; for anything about your email or account you can’t change in the app, write to us.

For anything else — a question, a complaint, a right you want to exercise — email support@minimatod.com. You also always have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. The web app stores only what is needed to keep you signed in and make the app work (session and local storage on your device) — nothing for advertising or analytics.

Children

Minimatod is a general-audience app for ages 13 and up. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this policy as the product evolves, and the current version always lives on this page. If a change is significant, we’ll announce it in the app before it takes effect.

Biz kimiz

Minimatod; iOS, Android ve web için, Türkiye merkezli bağımsız bir geliştirici tarafından yapılan ve işletilen bir not ve görev uygulamasıdır. Bu politika; Minimatod’un hangi verilere dokunduğunu, bunları neden ve ne kadar süreyle sakladığını, kontrolün nasıl sizde olduğunu açıklar. Uygulamada ve bu sitede izleme SDK’sı, analitik servisi veya reklam yoktur.

Hesapsız kullanım

iOS ve Android’de Minimatod hesapsız, eksiksiz çalışır. Bu modda oluşturduğunuz her şey yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bize hiçbir şey gönderilmez, içeriğinizi göremeyiz; uygulamayı silmek veriyi kaldırır. Size gereken buysa, bu politikanın geri kalanı sizi neredeyse hiç ilgilendirmez. (Tek istisna web uygulamasıdır: web giriş gerektirir, yani her zaman bir hesapla çalışır.)

Hesap açtığınızda ne saklarız

  • E-posta adresiniz — topladığımız tek kimlik verisi. Hesabınızı oluşturmak, giriş yapmanızı sağlamak, adresi doğrulamak ve parolanızı sıfırlamak için kullanılır. Hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır.
  • Senkronize ettiğiniz içerik — notlar, görevler ve klasörler; Premium ile birlikte medya ekleri (fotoğraf, ses kaydı, çizim). Tek bir amaç için saklanır: cihazlarınızı senkron tutmak. Hesabınız var olduğu sürece durur — hesabınızı sildiğinizde tamamı kaldırılır.
  • Abonelik durumu — hesabınızda Premium’un etkin olup olmadığı; Apple veya Google’dan RevenueCat aracılığıyla iletilir. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz — ödemeleri tamamen Apple ve Google işler.
  • Teknik kayıtlar — güvenlik ve hata ayıklama için standart sunucu kayıtları (zaman damgası, IP adresi, isteğin sonucu). Otomatik olarak döner ve en fazla 90 gün tutulur. Kimseyi profillemek için kullanılmaz.

Dürüst kısım: senkronizasyon uçtan uca şifreli değil

Senkronize edilen içerik aktarımda şifrelenir (TLS) ve sunucuda erişim kontrolleriyle korunur; ancak sunucu, sakladığı içeriği teknik olarak okuyabilir. İçeriğinizi okumayız — hizmeti çalıştırmak için kesinlikle gerekli olduğu ender durumlar (örneğin sizinle birlikte bir senkronizasyon hatasını ayıklamak) veya hukuken geçerli bir zorunluluk dışında. Notlarınızın hiçbir sunucuya ulaşmamasını tercih ediyorsanız iOS veya Android uygulamasını hesapsız kullanın: yerel mod bir gösterim değil, birinci sınıf bir kullanım şeklidir.

Verileriniz nerede durur, yedekler

Senkronize içerik bizim işlettiğimiz sunucuda durur. Medya ekleri ve sunucu yedekleri, bir bulut depolama sağlayıcısı olan Cloudflare R2’de saklanır; yedekler şifrelidir ve rotasyonla otomatik silinir (yaklaşık iki hafta tutulur). Yedekler, bir sunucu arızasının verilerinizi yok edememesi için vardır — dürüst bir sonucu şudur: silinen bir veri, her yerden tamamen kaybolmadan önce şifreli bir yedekte en fazla bu rotasyon süresi kadar kalabilir.

Üçüncü taraflar

Tam olarak üç taraf; her biri gereken asgariyle:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play — tüm ödemeleri kendi koşulları altında işler; ödeme verisini biz hiç görmeyiz.
  • RevenueCat — aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını bize iletir. Bir hesap tanımlayıcısı ve mağaza makbuz verisi alır; içeriğinizi asla almaz.
  • Cloudflare R2 — medya dosyalarını ve şifreli yedekleri depolar.

Kişisel veri satmayız, reklamcılarla veya veri simsarlarıyla paylaşmayız, başka kimseye vermeyiz — hukuken geçerli bir talep bizi zorunlu kılmadıkça.

Haklarınız

KVKK’nın ve GDPR’ın ruhuna uygun olarak ve doğrudan uygulamanın içinden:

  • Erişim — senkronize verileriniz, giriş yaptığınız her cihazda uygulamanın kendisinde görünür.
  • Silme — istediğiniz öğeyi istediğiniz an silin, silme işlemi diğer cihazlarınıza da yansır; veya uygulamanın ayarlarından hesabınızın tamamını tek adımda silin. Hesap silme; medya dahil sizin için sakladığımız her şeyi kalıcı olarak kaldırır ve geri alınamaz. (Yedek kopyalar yukarıdaki rotasyonla süresi dolunca kaybolur.)
  • Düzeltme — içeriğinizi her zaman düzenleyebilirsiniz; uygulama içinden değiştiremediğiniz e-posta/hesap konuları için bize yazın.

Bunların dışındaki her şey için — bir soru, bir şikâyet, kullanmak istediğiniz bir hak — support@minimatod.com adresine yazın. Ayrıca veri koruma otoritesine (Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunma hakkınız her zaman saklıdır.

Çerezler

Bu web sitesi çerez kullanmaz. Web uygulaması yalnızca oturumunuzu açık tutmak ve uygulamanın çalışması için gerekenleri saklar (cihazınızda oturum ve yerel depolama) — reklam veya analitik için hiçbir şey tutmaz.

Çocuklar

Minimatod, 13 yaş ve üzeri için genel kitleye yönelik bir uygulamadır. 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız; bir çocuğun hesap açtığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, hesabı silelim.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Ürün geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinden duyururuz.
